This policy explains what personal information we collect on this site, why, and how you can exercise your rights under Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25). The French version prevails.

What we collect
- Quote requests: name, company, phone, email, city, type of facility, desired frequency and details.
- Job applications: name, phone, email, city, position, availability, car, languages and experience.
- Referrals: your contact details and those of the business you refer.
- Missed-item reports: name, company, site address, description and contact details.
- Audience-measurement cookies: only if you accept them (see below).
Why we use it
To answer your request, prepare a quote, provide and improve our services, process an application, pay a referral bonus and understand how our site is used. We use your information for no other purpose without your consent.
Sharing
We never sell your information. It is processed using technology providers, including Google (email, forms and analytics). These providers may store data outside Quebec; we assess these transfers and share only what is necessary.
Retention
Quote requests that do not lead to a contract are kept for at most 2 years, applications for at most 1 year, and client information for the term of the contract and the periods required by law. They are then destroyed or anonymized.
Cookies
Only with your consent, we use Google Analytics to measure site traffic. You can decline in the banner, or withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Your rights
You can request access to your information, its correction, or withdraw consent by writing to Admin@solutionentretien.com. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
Security
Access is limited to people who need it for their work, and our accounts are password-protected.
